Chiller systems

Central cooling built on chillers. One plant cools water, and the water carries the cooling through the building.

How it is built

One plant, the whole building

The chiller cools water in a central plant. Pumps move the chilled water through pipes to fan coils and air handling units, which cool the air in each part of the building.

Scope

What we do with it

  • Design

Heat load calculation, equipment selection, schematics and routing, and the specification.

  • Supply

The chillers and the units the design specifies, with their components.

  • Installation

Chiller installation, connection and setup, to the design documentation.

  • Commissioning

System checks, setup, start-up, operating parameter checks and handover to the client.
