Terms of use
The rules for using this site and its catalogue.
1. About these terms
These terms cover the use of mirai-es.uz. The site is run by “MIRAI ES” MCHJ, which works under the name Mirai Engineering Solution.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
The site describes our services and the equipment we supply. It is information, not a public offer.
A contract between you and us exists only when both sides sign one.
3. Catalogue and prices
The catalogue shows equipment we can supply. Availability, configuration and price are confirmed in a commercial offer made for your project.
Specifications come from the manufacturers and may change without notice. If the site and the manufacturer’s documents differ, the documents and your offer prevail.
4. Requests
Sending a request does not oblige you to buy, and does not oblige us to supply.
Please give contact details that are yours and correct, so an engineer can reach you.
5. Content and trademarks
The texts, the design and the Mirai logo belong to “MIRAI ES” MCHJ.
Hisense and other brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners. They are shown to identify the equipment.
Do not copy the content of the site for commercial use without our written consent.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site, send automated requests, or use the form for advertising.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Engineering decisions must rest on a design made for your building, not on this site. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the site alone.
8. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
9. Law and disputes
These terms follow the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled by negotiation first, and then by the courts of Uzbekistan.
10. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms: info@mirai-es.uz or +998 94 607 93 00.
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
