What this site collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
1. Who we are
This site is run by “MIRAI ES” MCHJ, which works under the name Mirai Engineering Solution. Our office is at Apt. 12, 33 Karasuv Street, Yashnabad District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
We decide how the personal data described on this page is used, and we answer for it.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the request form:
- Your name and your company
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- The building type and its area
- Your message
Like every website, ours also receives technical data: the page you opened, the time, and a short record of your device and network. We do not use it to identify you.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request: to call or write back, prepare an estimate and discuss the project.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for their own use.
4. Your consent
We process your data because you agree to it. You tick the consent box before the form is sent, and the form cannot be sent without it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
5. Where your request goes
A request is delivered to our closed work group in Telegram, where our engineers read it. The site itself does not keep a copy.
Cloudflare hosts the site and checks that a form is sent by a person. Telegram and Cloudflare may process data on servers outside Uzbekistan.
6. How long we keep it
While we work on your request and on the project that follows it. If no project follows, we delete your request when you ask us to, or when we no longer need it.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent.

9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new text appears on this page with its date.
